Our journey began in the vibrant vacation rental markets of Florida, where we honed our skills managing operations for both small and large companies. With a background in hospitality and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from UW-Stout, I've managed properties across the US. My career highlights include serving as General Manager for Southern Vacations, where I oversaw 300+ properties, and as Director of Operations for Wyndham Vacation Rentals, managing housekeeping and maintenance for 350+ properties. I also played a key role in the growth of Seascape Resort, managing the rental property growth plan for 200+ onsite condos.

Heather's expertise in the vacation rental industry is equally extensive. She has managed operations at a high level throughout Florida, including roles as Director of Guest Services for Southern Vacation Rentals and General Manager at Wyndham Vacation Rentals. Most recently, she built Kasa's Single Family Home division and served as Regional Director of Operations at Vacasa, overseeing more than 2,000 properties. Her deep understanding of property care, rates, third-party channels, technology, and rental projections, combined with her commitment to improving owner relationships and enhancing the guest experience, sets her apart.

In October 2021, my mom Susan and I launched our own vacation rental management company, Elite Lake Rentals, in Lake Geneva, WI. Over the past three years, we've grown through word of mouth and referrals to manage 15 homes. Our passion for property care and solving issues has driven us to expand our services to non-rental homeowners with the launch of Elite Lake Home Watch.

Heather and I relocated from Florida to Wisconsin to continue growing the Elite Lake brand and to offer our expertise in property care to the Lake Geneva community.
